How to Share Access to Your Domain in Your Namecheap Account
To allow Third Wunder to manage your domain on Namecheap, please follow these instructions to invite us to manage your domain.
For your safety and security, we do not want to use your username/password to log into your account. This is a safer method to allow us limited access to your account.
Share Domain Access in Namecheap

Sign in to your Namecheap account

Click Sign In at the top of the page and enter your credentials.

Go to the Domain List

From the left sidebar, select Domain List.

Find the domain you want to share and click Manage next to it.

Navigate to Sharing & Transfer

Open the Sharing & Transfer tab at the top.

In the Share Access section, enter the email address info@thirdwunder.com.

Set the Access Permissions

Choose the settings Third Wunder needs access to (typically DNS settings and basic management).

Important: Only grant access to necessary areas. We’ll advise you if specific settings are required.

Confirm Sharing

Enter your account password to confirm and finalize the invitation.

What Happens Next

If auto-accept sharing is enabled in your account, access is granted immediately.

Otherwise, an email invitation is sent.

Make sure the Third Wunder team member is logged into their Namecheap account and uses the same browser to accept it.

The link expires after 7 days.

Note:

You cannot share access to an expired domain—you’ll need to renew it first.

SSL certificates cannot be shared across accounts.
Cancelling or Removing Access

To cancel a pending invitation:

Go to the Sharing & Transfer tab.

Click Manage beside the pending manager and choose Cancel.

To remove an active manager:

Click Edit beside their name.

Choose Remove from the dropdown.

Finish by clicking Done to save changes.
