When you're organizing a multi-day event, virtual summit, or conference with multiple tracks, one of the biggest challenges is helping attendees easily understand "what's happening when."

Most agendas are either buried in long PDFs or spread across multiple pages. They’re hard to scan, harder to update, and rarely mobile-friendly.

That’s why we created the Agenda layout inside the WunderTabs block. It’s a flexible, interactive tool that helps your audience stay on schedule—and your team stay organized.

What is the Agenda Layout in WunderTabs?

Agenda is one of the layout options available within WunderTabs, part of the WunderTheme content block library. It lets you create a tabbed event schedule that’s easy to navigate and fully styled to match your site.

You start by choosing your tab layout:

  • Horizontal: Tabs (e.g., Day 1, Day 2) appear in a row across the top
  • Vertical: Tabs appear along the left or right side of the content

Each tab includes:

  • Label (what shows on the clickable tab)
  • Title, Subtitle, and Description

Then, within each tab, you build your Schedule Cards for every session, activity, or time slot.

What You Can Add to Each Time Slot

Every Schedule Card lets you include:

  • Title and Description of the session
  • Start and End Times
  • Documents, like:
    • Workbooks
    • Speaker presentations
    • Session materials

Documents can be linked in three ways:

  • URL (link to a Google Doc, Slide deck, etc.)
  • Upload (direct file upload)
  • Library (select from the WunderDocuments plugin)

You can also add Speakers, with options for:

  • Role (e.g., Host, Panelist, Moderator)
  • Type:
    • External (manually enter the name)
    • Team Member (pull from your existing team in the WunderTeams plugin)

When to Use the Agenda Layout

1. 📅 Multi-Day Event Schedules

Keep things simple with tabs labeled Day 1, Day 2, Day 3. Within each, add every session, break, keynote, and activity—with downloads and speaker info embedded.

Best for: Conferences, retreats, training programs, virtual summits

2. 🛋 Room or Track-Based Scheduling

If your event has multiple tracks running at the same time, use each tab to represent a room or stage—like Main Hall, Workshop A, Breakout Room 2.

Best for: Hybrid events, multi-stream conferences, large summits

3. 📝 Interactive Digital Programs

Replace static PDFs with a web-based, interactive experience that helps attendees find the right session fast—on desktop or mobile.

Best for: Annual meetings, internal planning sessions, member events

How to Set Up Your Agenda

  1. Add the WunderTabs block to your page
  2. Choose Agenda layout
  3. Select tab orientation: Horizontal, or Vertical Left/Right
  4. Add tabs for each Day, Room, or Track
  5. Populate each tab with Schedule Cards, including times, descriptions, documents, and speakers
  6. Preview your layout and hit publish!

🔄 Pro tip: Use the same layout style across tabs to help attendees scan information quickly.

Make It Easy to Engage

An event schedule shouldn’t be a scavenger hunt. With the Agenda layout, you can:

  • Centralize your event information in one scrollable section
  • Link all session resources directly to time slots
  • Help attendees find the sessions (and speakers) that matter to them

It’s not just easier for your visitors—it’s easier for your team, too.

Your Event Deserves a Better Agenda

The Agenda layout in WunderTabs turns a basic schedule into an interactive, branded experience. Whether you're planning a summit or hosting a half-day webinar, this tool helps your audience show up informed and engaged.
