Connect Your Calendar to HubSpot

Step-by-step instructions for connecting your personal calendar to your HubSpot account.

  1. Go to Settings
    • Click the Settings ⚙️ icon in HubSpot.
    • Navigate to General > Calendar > Connect your Calendar.
  2. Choose Your Calendar Provider
    • Select Google/Gmail, Office 365, or Exchange.
    • Click Connect your calendar.
  3. Sign In & Authorize
    • Google/Office 365: Sign in and allow permissions.
    • Exchange: Enter your email, password, and (if needed) Exchange URL.
  4. Confirm & Manage Settings
    • Once connected, customize your scheduling page and sync settings.
