Connect Your Email to HubSpot

Step-by-step instructions for connecting your email account to HubSpot

  1. Go to Settings
    • Click the Settings ⚙️ icon in HubSpot.
    • Navigate to General > Email > Connect personal email.
  2. Start Connection
    • (Optional) Check Turn on inbox automation.
    • Click Connect your inbox, enter your email, and click Next.
  3. Choose Your Provider
    • If detected, click Connect to [your provider].
    • If not, select: Gmail, Outlook, Exchange, or IMAP.
  4. Follow Provider-Specific Steps
    • Gmail/Outlook: Sign in and allow permissions.
    • Exchange: Enter email, password, and (if needed) server details.
    • IMAP: Enter email, password, and server settings if required.
  5. Confirm Connection
    • HubSpot will verify and confirm your inbox is connected.
