Connect Your Email to HubSpot
Step-by-step instructions for connecting your email account to HubSpot
- Go to Settings
- Click the Settings ⚙️ icon in HubSpot.
- Navigate to General > Email > Connect personal email.
- Start Connection
- (Optional) Check Turn on inbox automation.
- Click Connect your inbox, enter your email, and click Next.
- Choose Your Provider
- If detected, click Connect to [your provider].
- If not, select: Gmail, Outlook, Exchange, or IMAP.
- Follow Provider-Specific Steps
- Gmail/Outlook: Sign in and allow permissions.
- Exchange: Enter email, password, and (if needed) server details.
- IMAP: Enter email, password, and server settings if required.
- Confirm Connection
- HubSpot will verify and confirm your inbox is connected.
