Connect Your Social Media Accounts to HubSpot

1. Go to Settings ⚙️ in your HubSpot account.
2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Marketing > Social.
3. Click Connect account (or Create Social Posts if it's your first time).
4. Select the social network you want to connect.
5. Follow the prompts to grant HubSpot permissions.

• Instagram must be a business account linked to a Facebook Page.
• Personal Instagram accounts cannot be connected.
• Facebook Pages require re-authentication every 90 days.

• If connecting multiple accounts, use an incognito/private browser.
• Choose to report all posts or only HubSpot-published posts.

• You can connect personal LinkedIn profiles and Company Pages.
• LinkedIn data older than one year is automatically deleted.

• You must grant YouTube API permissions to connect your channel.
