Manually Create a Contact

  1. In HubSpot, go to CRM > Contacts.
  2. Click Create contact (top right).
  3. Enter the contact's details (name, email, etc.).
  4. (Optional) Associate the contact with a company, deal, or ticket.
  5. (Optional) If using Marketing Contacts, check Set as a marketing contact.
  6. Click Create contact (or Create and add another).

Other Ways to Create Contacts

  • Import contacts from a spreadsheet.
  • Forms: A contact is created when someone submits a HubSpot form.
  • Emails: Sending a tracked and logged email creates a contact automatically.
  • Conversations: Contacts are added when they interact with chat or emails.
