Breeze AI is HubSpot’s AI-powered assistant designed to automate tasks, generate content, and enhance efficiency across your HubSpot account. It includes Breeze Copilot, AI agents, and intelligence tools to help with workflows, CRM summaries, content creation, and data enrichment.

Breeze Copilot
Breeze Copilot is a virtual AI assistant that can:
- Create workflows
- Summarize CRM records
- Generate website pages

AI Agents
AI agents automate specific tasks:
- Social Agent (Marketing Hub Professional & Enterprise) – Creates social posts based on your brand, audience, and marketing goals.
- Prospecting Agent (Sales Hub Professional & Enterprise) – Researches prospects and executes outreach strategies.
- Customer Agent (Service Hub Professional & Enterprise) – Answers customer inquiries in chatflows using HubSpot content.
- Content Agent (Content Hub Professional & Enterprise) – Generates marketing content, including:
- Blog posts – Brainstorms topics, designs images, and writes full drafts.
- Landing pages – Creates page content, meeting links, images, and forms.
- Podcasts – Generates episode outlines, scripts, show notes, and artwork.

Get Started with Breeze AI
To access Breeze AI features:
- Go to HubSpot and navigate to Breeze > Overview.
- Choose from available tools:
- Breeze Copilot → Click Try Copilot to use.
- AI Agents → Click Browse Agents, then Launch to activate one.
- Intelligence → Click Explore Intelligence, then Try [feature] for data enrichment, buyer intent, or form shortening.
