Manage Your Personal Account Preferences in HubSpot

1. Access Account Preferences
   • Click your profile picture (top right).
   • Select Profile & Preferences.
2. Update Your Profile
   • Click your profile image to:
     • Upload a new image from your computer.
     • Use Gravatar (if set up).
     • Remove image (optional).
   • Edit your First Name and Last Name, then click Save.
3. Change Language & Format
   • Select a Language from the dropdown.
   • Adjust Date & Number Format (optional).
4. Set Your Phone Number
   • Enter your phone number for security notifications and click Save.
5. Customize Your Default Home Page
   • Click the Default Home Page dropdown.
   • Select a product area (e.g., CRM, Sales).
   • Changes save automatically (may take a few minutes to update).
