Set Up the HubSpot Sales Chrome Extension
The HubSpot Sales Chrome Extension allows you to track and log emails, manage meetings, and use sales tools directly in Gmail and across the web.
1. Install the Extension
- Open Google Chrome.
- Go to the HubSpot Sales Chrome Extension page.
- Click Add to Chrome, then Add Extension.
- Log into HubSpot when prompted.
2. Customize Extension Settings
- Click the HubSpot Sales icon in your Chrome toolbar.
- Adjust tracking, logging, and notification settings as needed.
3. Use the Extension
- Track & Log Emails: Send tracked emails from Gmail and log them in HubSpot.
- Manage Meetings: Sync and schedule meetings in Google Calendar (BETA).
- View Contact Profiles: See HubSpot data inside Gmail.
- Use Sales Tools: Enroll contacts in sequences, initiate calls, and manage tasks.
- Access HubSpot Across the Web: View records on LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other sites.
4. Troubleshoot or Uninstall
- If issues arise, visit Settings > Extensions in Chrome and check permissions.
- To remove, go to Chrome Extensions, find HubSpot Sales, and click Remove.
