Set Up User Notifications in HubSpot

How to set up user notifications in your HubSpot account

  1. Access Notification Settings
    • Click the Settings ⚙️ icon (top navigation).
    • In the left sidebar, go to Notifications.
  2. Choose Notification Types
    • Click the Email, Desktop, Other Apps, or Mobile App tabs.
    • Select or unselect checkboxes to enable/disable notifications.
  3. Customize Desktop Notifications
    • Enable/disable Bell, Pop-up, or Browser notifications.
    • Choose different sounds for pop-up notifications.
  4. Manage Mobile Notifications
    • Adjust push and in-app notifications in the HubSpot mobile app settings.
  5. Notification Categories (Examples)
    • Email: Get alerts for email opens, clicks, or replies.
    • Deals & Tickets: Be notified of assignments, status updates, or mentions.
    • Tasks & Records: Get notified of task due dates or updates to records you follow.
    • Forms & Surveys: Receive alerts for new submissions.
    • Chat & Conversations: Get notified of new messages and mentions.
