Set Up User Notifications in HubSpot
How to set up user notifications in your HubSpot account
- Access Notification Settings
- Click the Settings ⚙️ icon (top navigation).
- In the left sidebar, go to Notifications.
- Choose Notification Types
- Click the Email, Desktop, Other Apps, or Mobile App tabs.
- Select or unselect checkboxes to enable/disable notifications.
- Customize Desktop Notifications
- Enable/disable Bell, Pop-up, or Browser notifications.
- Choose different sounds for pop-up notifications.
- Manage Mobile Notifications
- Adjust push and in-app notifications in the HubSpot mobile app settings.
- Notification Categories (Examples)
- Email: Get alerts for email opens, clicks, or replies.
- Deals & Tickets: Be notified of assignments, status updates, or mentions.
- Tasks & Records: Get notified of task due dates or updates to records you follow.
- Forms & Surveys: Receive alerts for new submissions.
- Chat & Conversations: Get notified of new messages and mentions.
