Customize Properties Shown on Records in HubSpot

Here's how to customize the properties displayed on records in HubSpot.

1. Navigate to the Record Type

  • Go to CRM and select Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, or a Custom Object.
  • Click on a record to open its details.

2. Edit Properties

  • In the left sidebar, click Actions > Edit properties.
  • To add properties, click Add properties and select checkboxes.
  • To remove a property, click the delete icon (if not greyed out).
  • To reorder, drag and drop properties into the desired order.
  • (Optional) Click Reset to system defaults to restore default settings.

3. Save Changes

  • Click Save, and your customized view will be applied.
