Customize Properties Shown on Records in HubSpot
Here's how to customize the properties displayed on records in HubSpot.
1. Navigate to the Record Type
- Go to CRM and select Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, or a Custom Object.
- Click on a record to open its details.
2. Edit Properties
- In the left sidebar, click Actions > Edit properties.
- To add properties, click Add properties and select checkboxes.
- To remove a property, click the delete icon (if not greyed out).
- To reorder, drag and drop properties into the desired order.
- (Optional) Click Reset to system defaults to restore default settings.
3. Save Changes
- Click Save, and your customized view will be applied.
