Enrich Your Contact and Company Data
Learn how to enrich your contact and company date with HubSpot's Breeze AI.
Breeze Intelligence allows you to enhance your contact and company records with additional data, helping you better understand your customers. You can automatically or manually enrich records using Breeze Intelligence credits.
Manage User Permissions
To enrich records, users must have Super Admin or Enrich records permissions.
To grant access:
- Go to Settings > Users & Teams.
- Select a user and click the Access tab.
- Click Edit permissions, search for Enrich records, and toggle it on.
Turn On Data Enrichment
- Go to Settings > Data Management > Data Enrichment.
- Configure enrichment settings for contacts and companies:
- Automatically enrich new records (must have a business email or company domain).
- Allow manual enrichment (users can manually enrich records individually or in bulk).
- Continuously enrich existing records (automatically updates records when new data becomes available).
Enrich Individual Records
- Go to CRM > Contacts or CRM > Companies.
- Select a record.
- Under About this contact, click Actions > Enrich record.
- In the right panel, select properties to enrich, then click Enrich record.
Enrich Multiple Records
- Navigate to CRM > Contacts or CRM > Companies, or go to CRM > Lists.
- Select multiple records using the checkboxes.
- Click Enrich records at the top.
- In the dialog box, review available credits and click Enrich record.
⚠ Note: Credits are consumed based on the number of records enriched.
Review Enrichment History
- Go to CRM > Contacts or CRM > Companies.
- Click the Activities tab.
- Use the Filter by dropdown and select Enrichment.
- View enriched properties and their update history.
Available Enrichment Properties
Enrichment can populate the following properties:
Contacts
- Name, Job Title, LinkedIn URL
- City, State, Country
- Email Bounce Detection
Companies
- Name, Website, Industry
- Employee Count, Revenue, Year Founded
- LinkedIn & Facebook Pages, X Handle
