How to Manage Deals in the Sales Workspace

Learn how to manage deals in HubSpot's Sales Workspace.

If you have a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise seat, you can manage your deals directly from the Sales Workspace for a more organized and efficient workflow.
 
Access Your Deals in the Sales Workspace
  1. Go to Workspaces > Sales in your HubSpot account.
  2. Click the Deals tab.
  3. Use the Preset Views (left side) to filter deals, such as:
    • No activity scheduled (deals without upcoming tasks).
  4. Select a Pipeline from the dropdown menu to switch between deal pipelines.
  5. Click Filters or Advanced Filters to customize which deals you see.
  6. Click Edit columns to adjust the information displayed in the table.
 
Review and Update Deals
  1. Click on a deal name to open its details.
  2. In the right panel, you can:
    • Change the deal stage.
    • Edit the close date.
    • Send an email or make a call.
    • Schedule a meeting.
  3. View deal insights (AI-generated summaries) to see:
    • Recent activity (calls, emails, notes).
    • Risks (lack of follow-ups, deal score drop).
    • Buyer goals.
    • Company research insights (news, competitors, tech stack).
Note: Deal insights require the Customer Analysis toggle to be enabled in AI settings.
 
With the Sales Workspace, you can track, update, and analyze deals all in one place—helping you close deals faster and more effectively.
